It’s a really good question and a one that I’ve asked myself when I did my competition the other week.
I look at many other blogs doing contests/competitions that offer entrecard credits and a $30 prize. Whilst this is good for both parties (the blogger and the winner) I think that we need to look at more, what would be better for everyone else. After all the blogogsphere is for everyone and we all should attempt to provide value in all of the posts that we publish to our readers.

So, after the little ramble, I think that you should do a review of the blog with a twist - how the blog (the reviewed one) fits into the blogosphere. How it fits into its niche and how appealing it is. Now, this could be taken as a simple review, but I think it is more than that. We, as bloggers, need to look at the way people search certain terms, and I personally, try to link to other people’s blogs with short and long-tail keyword terms to help them in the search engine rankings. I think that producing a post/review on how a blog fits into the respective blog’s target market could achieve some clarity and education for both blogs - just a thought though, lol!
