To my astonishment, the contest received a total of 86 entries. My thanks to everyone who participated — your comments really made it fun.

More than 35 entries incorrectly identified student number 4! But a total of 9 (nine) eagle-eyed contestants correctly identified student number 28 as Reward Rebel, aged 11 years.

Correct answers were received from:

Each correct entry was written on a slip of paper, twice folded, placed in a hat, and I asked my partner, Ken, to dip his hand in the hat and select the winner.

Congratulations Foolsville 2.0! You were totally right to stick to your guns with your original selection!

You have won the first contest I’ve ever organised, and it’s my pleasure to ask you to let me know whether you’d prefer to receive an Amazon Gift Voucher for $25 or 5,000 Entrecard Credits.

The remaining 8 correct entries will each receive 125 Entrecard Credits, as their share of the runners-up prize.

It’s all over… boo hoo. I’ve enjoyed this experience so much, but only because all of you have made it such a pleasure.

    If only I’d already made my millions, I’d give the prize to everyone who answered correctly… heck, if I’d made my millions, I’d probably give the prize to everyone who entered. Period.

    Thanks, Reward Rebel, for the 125 Entrecard credits. I had a lot of fun with this contest and am glad to be one of the winners. I too struggled between #28 and #4, but your comments regarding being a teenager wanting a life of excitement, adventure, and romance led me to the right girl. Her look just fit the description.
